Repairs for your home

You can enquire about washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges, ovens, hobs, coffee machines and air conditioning. Tell us whether the appliance is built into furniture or whether the fault only happens occasionally. Each equipment page explains which details help us prepare for an inspection. You do not need to dismantle anything to send an enquiry.

Repairs for your business

For bars, restaurants, hotels and other premises, we handle enquiries about professional washing, refrigeration and cooking equipment, as well as commercial coffee machines. A domestic fridge and a cold room need different information. Tell us what the equipment is used for, the premises name and who can provide access.

What to send before a visit

A clear description helps identify the machine and agree the next step. Explain what happens and when it started, without trying to name a faulty component. Send a general photograph and a readable image of the equipment label. A short video can help describe a fault that appears during operation.

  • Municipality, postcode and the address where the equipment is located.
  • Brand, model, visible error code and functions that still work.
  • Contact person and the times when access is possible.

Agreeing the appointment

After reviewing the information, we discuss availability and access with you. Inspection establishes what work the equipment needs so the repair can be agreed. If you manage a property from outside Tenerife, tell us who will be present and how you would like us to contact you.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also cover areas outside southern Tenerife?

Yes. Our coverage includes every municipality on the island. Send the full equipment address so we can arrange assistance; availability is confirmed for each enquiry.

Can I ask about several machines at the same business?

Yes. List each machine separately with its brand, model and symptoms. This helps distinguish the faults and discuss the scope of the inspection.

Which language can I use?

You can write in Spanish, English, Russian, Ukrainian or Polish. Include the municipality and model as they appear in the address and on the equipment label.
