Do I need to take the washing machine to a workshop?

What should I do if water stays in the drum after washing?

We do not recommend starting another cycle or forcing the spin program several times. The problem may be caused by the filter, drain hose, pump, water level sensor or electronic module. It is best to book a diagnosis to avoid damaging other parts.

Why are my clothes still wet after washing?

This is usually related to a drainage or spin issue. The washing machine may not be removing water properly, may not reach the required spin speed, may stop because the drum is overloaded, or may show an error caused by sensors. Can I keep using the washing machine if it leaks a little?
