Now this is a proper repair service. Instead of swapping out half your washing machine at the first opportunity, they hunt down the fault and fix it. They will repair just about anything: if there is no part, they adapt one from another model or rig something up. Just ask about the timeframe first, because like all good people they sometimes have their hands full and the work piles up. Sometimes they have it ready in a day, other times you wait a couple of days until they finish earlier jobs. Even so, for me it is absolutely worth it. I have relied on them several times and I will be back without a second thought.
My microwave started sparking strangely and it scared me. I called and the same day a really lovely technician showed up. He had it fixed in under an hour and now it runs like new.
The technician who came out to the fridge, Sergio, knew exactly what he was doing. He nailed the diagnosis, took the part and in two days it was done (a component on the board, one of the hard-to-find ones, but he tracked it down). The only thing, he rescheduled the visit twice; then again, the guy was driving over 100 km each way and lining up his route by other clients along the way, so I get it. Pretty quick in the end.

Is the diagnosis free?
Yes, if you approve the repair. A €50 deposit is paid when the equipment is collected and is fully deducted from the final repair cost. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, the deposit is non-refundable and covers the technical work carried out in the workshop.
