The cold room in our restaurant stopped cooling during service, and we needed an urgent solution. We contacted them on WhatsApp, they arrived the same day and repaired the fault on-site. They worked quickly and professionally and explained everything clearly.

The ice machine in our bar broke down during one of our busiest weeks. The technician came, took it apart and quickly saw that the pump was the problem. He did not have the part with him because our model is quite old, but he managed to find one and came back to fit it. It took a little longer than we expected, and we had to message him to confirm the second visit, but he kept his word and the machine is now working perfectly. The diagnosis is free of charge when you approve the repair; you only pay a 50 € deposit, which is fully deducted from the final repair cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the 50 € deposit is not refunded — it covers the technician’s intervention.
Can I send photos or videos before the technician arrives?
Yes. You can send us photos, videos, the error code, and the make and model of the equipment via WhatsApp. This helps us prepare for the visit and bring the necessary tools or spare parts.

Yes. We issue official invoices for hotels, restaurants, laundries, shops, self-employed professionals and other businesses.
